Customer Services Manager/Unsigned Acquisition - Peter Hastings
Peter was raised on a heady diet of indie and electronic music before an afternoon spent listening to the repetitive whirring of a washing machine led him towards the more obscure end of the Detroit/Berlin techno scene. Over the years, he has worked in recruitment and record wholesale. Peter is also a keen Crystal Palace fan, which is why he can often be found weeping forlornly at around 5pm on Saturday afternoons.

Technical Operations - Simon Elliott
Long-time guitarist and computer addict Simon has previously worked as a stage roadie at live events such as the Brit & MOBO Awards, V festival and other concerts including The Rolling Stones, Duran Duran, Kylie, James Brown and a whole bunch of other really really famous people. As well as being a music graduate, Simon has gained culinary proficiency as a chef at a well known Italian restaurant, but his main passion remains in computing and music combined, which could well be described as digital music.
