UK-based folk-rock quintet Equation have been compared to veterans Fairport Convention and Fleetwood Mac. Started in Devon in 1995 by brothers Seth and Sean Lakeman, the band soon recruited vocalists Kathryn Roberts and Kate Rusby, bassist Darren Edwards and drummer Ian Goodall.
