Mylène Farmer

Mylène Farmer (born Mylène Jeanne Gautier; ; born 12 September 1961 in Montréal, Québec) is a French singer, songwriter, occasional actress and author. She has sold more than 30 million records and is among the most successful recording artists of all time in France. She holds the record for the most number one hits in the French charts, with thirteen to date - eight of which were consecutive. Her best-known songs include "Désenchantée", "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces", "Sans contrefaçon", "Libertine","California", "XXL", "C'est une belle journée", "Rêver", "Les Mots", "Fuck Them All", "Dégénération", "C'est dans l'air", "Oui mais... non", "Du temps" and "À l'ombre".
