Oasis
The ultimate Brit pop band, Oasis emerged in 1994 from complete obscurity with the release of their debut album, ‘Definitely Maybe’. With an aggressive image and 90's-influenced rock songs, Oasis swaggered into great success. Their sophomore ‘What’s The Story (Morning Glory)’, was a smash hit, but the band’s popularity waned with their third album ‘Be Here Now’. After a number of unsuccessful efforts and line-up changes, the Gallagher brothers and co. re-emerged in 2005 with the critically acclaimed sixth studio album ‘Don’t Believe The Truth’.
