SKANKt
The first studio album ‘Perfect Timing’ arrived in 2003. BBC Gloucestershire said It's not hard to see why the band's following is going from strength to strength as 'Perfect Timing' mixes up a wicked variety of styles in a neat and well-produced package. SKANKt followed the studio time with several mini-tours around the UK over the next 2 years. In 2005 SKANKt gained trumpeter Tim Kemp. 2005 also saw SKANKt play the Nokia Isle of White Festival as part of the white air extreme sports village, and sharing a stage with Radio 1s Giles Peterson at the award winning Wychwood Festival. SKANKt are set for big things in 2008 with the release of the single ‘The Cruise’ on 01/04/08 and the album ‘Thieves Operate In This Area’ is due out in July.
