Deep Records

Deep Records should be an inspiration to those out there who have dreams....When it started off in february 2001 things couldn't hardly get any worse. 9/11, the whole downloading internet issue, bad world economics. It can be an advantage, starting something in a bad time. One get's more creative, works harder and thinks different...and ofcourse, one needs passion, fucking loads of it!. From the start Deep has been about new names and new sounds. It's all about the music is what we always say. From the start we've trusted our ears and not the hype. Deep's filosophy is a simple one. Find good tracks and release them.Who doesn't remember Petter's blissfull journey through all available styles of music with his groundbreaking “These Days”. Or Matthew Dekay's “Beautifull Monday”with it's tight beats and lush melody. We are 3 and half years further and the future is looking bright for Deep and it's sister label Focus. There will be some major changes coming up that yet have to be revealed, it's still too early to come out with them. But Deep wouldn't be Deep if it wouldn't be about renewing. In the end progressive is all about the unexpected and the new.
