How to Download eBook


What is required in order to download and read eBooks from Tunetribe?

Our eBooks can be read by most 3rd party eReaders except for the Kindle. In addition to this the eBooks can also be read on your PCs/Macs, Tablets and Smart phones.

Important Information

  • Before you download your first eBook you must create an Adobe ID
  • Which can be done by clicking on the link : Adobe Digital Editions
  • This must be the same as your Tunetribe username in order to properly authorise and access your eBook

Why Adobe Digital Editions?

If not already installed, Adobe Digital Editions is a piece of software that is necessary in order to manage your digital library of eBooks. Without this you will not be able to transfer your eBooks to 3rd party eReaders.

Adobe Digital Editions is asking me to authorise my computer. What do I do?

When you open Adobe Digital Edition for the first time you will get a dialog box as shown below:




At this stage you will need to create an Adobe ID and authorize your computer. Make sure that your Adobe ID is that same as your Tunetribe username in order to properly authorise your eBook. It is possible to authorise your computer without an ID however this will lock your eBook to the current computer and you will not be able to access this eBook anywhere else.

Can I read my eBook on my PC/Mac?

Yes it is possible to read your eBooks on your PC/Mac. However in order to do so you must download Adobe Digital Editions. Once the downloaded software has been installed you can now use this software to view and manage your eBooks.

Can I read my eBook on my iPad/Android Tablet?

Yes it is possible. In order to read eBooks on your Tablets or iPad please follow the steps below: Download the free app called “Blue Fire” on to your iPad/Android Tablet. When opening the app for the first time it will prompt you to enter your Adobe ID. After entering your Adobe ID you should now be able to open and view your eBooks.

REMEMBER: Make sure that your Adobe ID is the same as your Tunetribe username in order to avoid any problems

Can I read my eBook on my iPhone/Smart phone?

Yes it is possible to read your eBooks on your iPhone/Smart phone by following the steps below: Download the free app called “Blue Fire” onto your iPhone/Smart phone. When opening the app for the first time it will prompt you to enter your Adobe ID. After entering your Adobe ID you should now be able to open and view your eBooks.

REMEMBER: Make sure that your Adobe ID is the same as your Tunetribe username in order to avoid any problems.

How many times can I download an eBook?

An eBook can be downloaded up to 3 times by the customer.


Where can I download my order?

  • Once you have ordered your eBook you will be shown your order history.Select the product you wish to download and click on the download button.


  • In order to download your product please follow the below steps:
    1. Log into your account
    2. After logging in to your account please click on the “My Account” link located right at the top of the page
    3. In the “My Account” page please click on the “View your order history” option displayed under the title called “My Orders”
    4. Your order history will be displayed. Select the product you wish to download and click on the “Download” button
    5. After clicking on the download button you will see a dialog box asking you to download your eBook

Where can I find my downloaded eBooks?

If the eBook has been downloaded on a Mac/PC the eBooks can be found in the following locations:

For Mac:

  • Click finder
  • Go to documents
  • Double click on the folder called “Digital editions”

For PC:

  • Go to my computer
  • Click on the documents folder
  • Double click on the folder called “Digital editions”

For Tablets and Smart phones:

  • Open the “Blue Fire” app
  • Sign in with your Adobe ID
  • Once you have signed in you will have access to all your eBooks
