Frequently Asked Questions


How do I create an account?

  1. In order to create an account click on the "create an account" link located at bottom of the shopping basket icon located on the top right hand corner of the page.
  2. You will now come to a page where you have to fill out your account details such as:
    • Your personal details
    • Your address
    • Your password
    • Newsletter subscription
  3. After the details have been entered please click on the "Submit" Button.
  4. You will now be registered and automatically logged in. You will also receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes.
  5. In order to purchase from our site, you will need to add your address in the address book area located in your account page.

How do I purchase a a book, cd, vinyl or eBook?

  1. In order to purchase you must first log in to your account.
  2. After logging in to your account, select the book you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Once this is done you will see that your selected title has now been added to the shopping cart located at the top right hand corner of the page.
  4. In order to make the purchase after you have selected your products, click on the shopping basket icon located at the top right hand corner of the page.
  5. This will display your selected items along with the total price.
  6. If you are happy with the items you have selected, click on the "Checkout" button, which is located below the total price of your items.
  7. You will arrive at the checkout page. On this page you can now choose the following options:
    • Address that you would like your product to be billed to
    • Address that you would like your product to be delivered to
    • Preffered Delivery Method
    • Your payment method and a comment box if you have any requests to make
    • And finally to confirm your order
  8. Once everything has been confirmed please click the "continue button".
  9. If the purchase has been successful you will now be shown your order history.

Can i cancel my order?

To request cancellation of an order please email customerservices@tunetribe.com giving your order number. IT is also important to note that if your order is in the process of being dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Do you do International Delivery?

Yes we do International Deliveries. For more information on our delivery rates please click on the link located at the bottom of the page called "Delivery Options". It can be found under the heading called "Information"

Why do I have to log into the mp3 site separately?

At the moment our mp3 site is separate to the rest of our sites. You must log in separately to gain access. We are currently working on changing this.

Why can I not buy music downloads at the same time as the rest of my products?

Currently we do not have one checkout basket with mp3 and the rest of the site. You cannot buy music products on our other sites and vice versa. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working towards resolving this.

Why isn't it possible to use my Tunetribe mp3 store credit on your other sites?

Right now this isn't possible. You can only use your Tunetribe MP3 store credit to purchase music downloads. We are working towards resolving this.

I have a problem and cannot find a solution in the FAQs what do I do?
