Returns Policy

We are happy to refund unwanted items on presentation of a valid receipt or dispatch note provided they are returned within 30 days and in pristine condition.

UK returns

Accompanying your order will be a dispatch note. Simply follow the instructions writer here and used the included returns label to return your item.

• Please include the dispatch note and indicate whether you would like to a refund or a return.
• For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

International returns

• Tunetribe is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.
• Goods must be returned within 3 days of purchase and be in perfect condition. All refunds and exchanges are at the manager’s discretion.

  Refunds for Digital Content

   

  Tunetribe allows you to download an mp3 or eBook purchase up to 3 times depending on availability from the originator of download. This option is available up to 2 years from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event that the download becomes unavailable before the period of 2 years expires, Tunetribe will not be responsible and will not issues any refunds.
